Philippians 2:12-15 (AMP)12 So then, my dear ones, just as you have always obeyed [my instructions with enthusiasm], not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence, continue to work out your salvation (How do we work out our salvation?) [that is, cultivate it, bring it to full effect, actively pursue spiritual maturity] with aweinspired fear and trembling [using serious caution and critical self-evaluation to avoid anything that might offend God or discredit the name of Christ]. (This is why we need a Spiritual Leader, To help us avoid anything that might offend God or discredit the name of Christ, What you don’t see in you, your Spiritual leader sees and brings it to our attention)13 For it is [not your strength, but it is] God who is effectively at work in you, both to will and to work [that is, strengthening, energizing, and creating in you the longing and the ability to fulfill your purpose] for His good pleasure. 14 Do everything without murmuring or questioning [the providence of God], (August will be my 5th year Pastoring, I was Pastoring in my own strength and became overwhelmed and I begin to murmur and complain that I was always at the church, I was always was doing something pertaining to church. The Holy Spirit said to me in the mist of complaining, You just might make it in, being busy for my kingdom, you just might make it in. I might come and find you working for me and you just might make it in.) The righteous scarcely make it in. Scarcely means almost not. 15 so that you may prove yourselves to be blameless and guileless, innocent and uncontaminated, children of God without blemish in the midst of a [morally] crooked and [spiritually] perverted generation, among whom you are seen as bright lights [beacons shining out clearly] in the world [of darkness], * Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling! * Take a look at you! * Mine your Business! Work on You! Mining your business will advance God’s Business!
2 Corinthians 13:5 Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you fail to meet the test! * We can see others sin, but don’t notice sin in us!

Matthew 7:13-14 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad and easy to travel is the path that leads the way to destruction and eternal loss, and there are many who enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow and difficult to travel is the path that leads the way to [everlasting] life, and there are few who find it.
