"Let Him Who Has An Ear Hear The Voice of GOD" - Evangelist Jimmy Spencer

Updated: Jul 31, 2020

Scriptures: Revelation 2:29 (AMP): He who has an ear, let him hear and heed what the spirit says to the churches. John 10:3-5 (AMP): The doorkeeper opens the gate for this man and the sheep hear his voice and pay attention to it. And knowing that they listen he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out to pasture. When he has brought all his own sheep outside he walks on ahead of them, and the sheep follow him because they know his voice and recognize his call. They will never follow a stranger, but will run away from him, because they do not know the voice of strangers. 1 Samuel 3:3-9 (NIV): The lamp of GOD had not yet gone out, and Samuel was lying down in the House of the LORD, where the ark of GOD was. Then the LORD called Samuel. Samuel answered, “Here I am.” And he ran to Eli and said, “Here I am; you called me.” But Eli said, “I did not call; go back and lie down.” so he went and lay down. Again the LORD called, “Samuel!” And Samuel got up and went to Eli and said, “Here I am; you called me.” “My son,” Eli said, “I did not call; go back and lie down.” Now Samuel did not yet know the LORD: The word of the LORD had not yet been revealed to him. A third time the LORD called “Samuel!” and Samuel got up and went to Eli and said “Here I am; you called me.” Then Eli realized that the LORD was calling the boy. So Eli told Samuel, ``Go and lie down, and if he calls you, say, ‘Speak, LORD, for your servant is listening.” So Samuel went and lay down in his place. 1 Samuel 17:23 (AMP): As he was talking with them, behold, the champion, the Philistine of Gath named Goliath, was coming up from the army of the Philistines, and he spoke these same words again; and David heard him. Hebrew 3:15 (NIV): As has just been said: “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as you did in the rebellion.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17 (NIV): All scripture is GOD-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of GOD may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. Romans 10:17 (NIV): Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ. Hebrew 4:12-13 (NIV): For the word of GOD is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the hearts. Nothing in all creation is hidden from GOD’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.
